Nichole Junio is a SHRM-SCP professional in Human Resources with more than 20 years of experience in the Energy, Construction, Manufacturing/Distribution, Healthcare, and Professional Service industries. Nichole demonstrates excellent servant leadership qualities and maintains a successful track record in employee engagement, HR and Payroll Operations, and Multi-state Regulatory Compliance. She has provided mentorship to new business professionals, presented on a multitude of topics, and volunteered on HR boards of directors for more than 6 years.

Nichole’s areas of specialty in Human Resources include multi-state regulatory compliance, employee development and retention, workforce planning, and quality improvement.
