Xan Thomas joined RMSHRM in 2020 and currently serves as VP of Membership for the chapter and supports the Emerging Leaders committee. Xan’s duty as the VP of membership is to ensure our members are connected, engaged, and reap the full benefits of our chapter and community. Xan is a risk consultant with Bankers Insurance. Bankers is one of the county’s largest private independent insurance agencies. They are based out of Richmond, VA, and primarily do business in the southeast. 

Xan lives near Chapel Hill in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
