Amanda Brennan is a people-focused leader and passionate connector. Amanda has 14 years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, and program management. She has a BS in Communication and an MS in HR Development. As a passionate learner, she has also received certifications in Project Management, Human Resources and is a certified DiSC Partner.
With a passion for doing the right thing for people within growing organizations, the idea for Wynnshire Collaborative formed. Having worked with scaling and established organizations, Amanda saw an opportunity to bring her experience creating and scaling processes and programs to all sized organizations to help create thriving cultures. She currently works as a Fractional HR leader for evolving organizations as well as project based work with team development, leaders and culture transformation.
Amanda is the Vice President of Programs for RMSHRM through the end of 2025.
