Latisha has over 15 years of full cycle Human Resources experience in all areas of human resources including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, classification & compensation, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as training and strategic organizational change.
Latisha obtained her Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University, she holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Latisha is a strategic human resources professional that believes in creating a strong organizational culture that fosters equity, inclusivity, growth, and development for all employees.
