Cheryl D. Gould joined RMSHRM in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of DEIB for the chapter. In this role, Cheryl supports initiatives that advance inclusive leadership, equitable practices, and meaningful dialogue across the HR community. Her focus as VP of DEIB is to help members strengthen awareness, build capability, and translate DEIB principles into practical, sustainable action within their organizations. Cheryl is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Cheryl D. Gould Consulting, LLC, where she partners with small and mid-sized organizations to strengthen people strategy, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Cheryl has worked across multiple industries and is known for her thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership and organizational development.
A lifelong student of life and the human experience, Cheryl enjoys traveling and spending time cooking and gathering with family and friends. She lives in the Raleigh area of North Carolina.
