Assistant Vice President, Community

Cat first became involved with the Raleigh Metro SHRM Chapter in 2017 as a student at NC State University. After graduating, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she joined Middle Tennessee SHRM (MTSHRM) and served as Co‑Chair of the MTSHRM Mentor Program for three years, connecting emerging HR professionals with experienced leaders across the region. In 2023, Cat returned to Raleigh and rejoined RMSHRM, where she now serves as AVP of Community. She is passionate about community involvement, meaningful relationship‑building, and partnering with local nonprofits to strengthen both the HR community and the broader Raleigh region.

Professionally, Cat is an Employee Experience Partner at Schneider Electric, leading change management strategy and execution for HR initiatives across North, Central, and South America. She is a strong advocate for employee experience and well‑being as drivers of positive culture, performance, and long‑term organizational success.

Outside of work, Cat enjoys traveling, yoga, spending time outdoors, reading, writing, and biking. She lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
