Executive Think Tanks (ETTs)
The Executive Think Tanks (ETTs) are an award-winning Raleigh Metro SHRM program, designed to facilitate meaningful, open discussions among Human Resource executives and senior leaders in a roundtable setting. The ETTs provide a forum to discuss strategic trends, challenges and obstacles that are on the minds of those leading an HR function. These are collaborative environments that help to brainstorm creative solutions and share resources.
These member-led groups are sub-divided by business type, including: Publicly Traded, Small Businesses, Non-Profit and Public Sector. They meet on a regular basis to exchange experiences and ideas amongst peers in an enriching and confidential manner.
It is understandable that time is a valuable point of consideration when deciding whether to participate. That is why the members of each group collectively decide on frequency of meetings, duration and even format (including agenda, topics and whether to meet in person or virtually). The biggest benefit of joining an ETT is the relationships you build with other senior HR leaders outside of your own organization.
