Mark is an HR Consultant with Performentor LLC in Raleigh, NC, which provides fractional, full-stack HR services to small and medium size businesses. He has been a member of RMSHRM since 2019 when he moved to Raleigh and began serving in a volunteer capacity in January of 2020. His involvement with SHRM stretches back to the time when it was known as the American Society for Personnel Administrators (ASPA).

Mark has a MS and a PhD in HR Management and spent a decade working in HR for both profit and non-profit firms and another decade as a university professor instructing others on how to design organizations, manage human resources, and engage in labor relations. When he’s not helping organizations with their HR needs, he enjoys mountain biking and social dancing with his wife (ballroom, Latin, swing, country, etc.).
