Jennifer Murray, MBA, SPHR

VP Membership

Jennifer has been a member of RMSHRM since 2017. She held the Membership AVP role for 2 years, prior to assuming the VP role in 2022. She is President of Onboard Solutions, an HR Consulting organization with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Fayetteville. Prior to this role, she worked in a variety of Human Resource roles including Employee Benefits Broker and Training Leader. She created training, mentoring, and onboarding programs for AT&T and Cisco Systems in both Dallas, TX and Raleigh, NC. She also volunteers at St. Mary Magdalene and Dress for Success. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys baking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family. Jennifer graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BBA in Business and received her MBA from the Poole College of Management at NCSU. She also earned the SHRM Veterans at Work Certificate.
